Canvas includes features that allow automatic penalties and deductions for late or missing assignments. However, these tools have not been fully tested or evaluated for their impact on grading, student experience or institutional policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please do not enable or use the Late Policies functionality under any circumstances<\/strong> without first consulting the A&P and eLearning teams. Doing so may result in unintended consequences for students and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
