Changes to assessment and examinations

The Vice President for Teaching, Learning and Students, Professor April McMahon, has now confirmed that there will be no on-campus examinations this summer. Students will be informed directly by their Schools with detailed arrangements shortly. Additionally, there will be no internal Foundation Year or Year One end of year examinations, which will be replaced by progress evaluations, and in most instances there will be automatic progression for students into the next year of their programme.

All year groups are asked to continue their engagement with the teaching materials and tutorials provided. Students may be asked to complete an online assessment, assignment, or other task which will be marked by their lecturers.

Further details of the message sent to students are available on this My Manchester news page
