devices using TurningPoint

This academic year will see the phasing out of our licences for TurningPoint / Responseware in the Faculty of Science and Engineering.  Those academics who are currently using it will be covered for 2017/18 to enable them a full 12 months to make changes to their teaching materials. No new licences will be issued.

There are several new personal response systems which can replace TurningPoint. One of the most well known is Kahoot! This is  free to use for both students and academics.  It does not require a dedicated response “clicker”; it works on any device with an internet connection such as a mobile phone, tablet or laptop.
